Developed out of necessity by a fashion designer/new mom as she was frustrated with the constant asking whether or not her new baby was a boy or girl, even though dressed in pink from head to toe! So this savvy mom created her own line of fabulous bows for babies and toddlers and named it after her inspiration, her daughter, Angel Lily.
